The Parent Gym class I attended was great fun, but it also made me think a lot. As a parent, I know how hard it can be to know how best to support and nurture your child, and how lonely and isolating being a parent can be at times. That is why programmes like Parent Gym are so valuable, as not only do they impart evidence-based knowledge and techniques through the coaches, but they are also a great way of meeting, learning from, and sharing your own experience with other parents.
The quality assurance processes outlined and evidenced are excellent, from recruitment, training, delivery and continuous assessment. Parent Gym plainly take quality assurance exceptionally seriously and have strong processes in place to ensure every parent receives a similar high quality learning experience.
